Since EST my clinical practice in 2002, I have worked with diverse people to find natural solutions for the restoration of their health and happiness.
Integrated sustainable health care and self-actualisation are the cornerstones of my work.
I am driven by a belief that true health comes from within - that your food is your medicine and that movement and flow are essential to our being. I work in support of clients who are taking the drivers seat in terms of managing their health and happiness - understanding that the change we seek is found within, and that barriers to our health are often enmeshed with limiting belief systems that no longer serve our highest good.

where i am coming from
I have always been a deep thinker and have moved through my life's experiences with a sense of wonder.
Through life's ups and downs - I have found Kinesiology is the perfect tool to make sense of it all - kinesiology has shifted me when all hope felt lost.
"When my energy is centred I am able to navigate."
At different times through life I have experienced high levels of stress, depression, anxiety, PTSD, homelessness, domestic violence and abuse, toxic relationships, sexual assault, unemployment, anorexia, drug and alcohol issues, hopelessness, divorce and profound grief. I am absolutely grateful for all these experiences. They have motivated me to focus on my deepest desire - to find wholeness and health - all these experiences have engendered me with strength and power to hold space for clients who are transiting their own life's challenges.
Life is a sacred teacher. We are all in constant evolution and from the darkest night rises the most spectacular dawn.....
