$120ph

Remedial Massage combines functional assessments and soft tissue release techniques for structural integration and injury recovery.

The practice evaluates how structure, posture, movement and behaviour are affecting your health and freedom - and also your capacity for work and play.

Beth has massaged well over 2000 different people bringing a profound depth of understanding to her Remedial Massage treatments. She has also taught many students through TAFE and private colleges.

If you are fortunate enough to receive a massage from Beth you will understand the benefits of her experience and skill.

upledger craniosacral technique (CST)

CST is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing health via the functioning of a body system called the craniosacral system - comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.

Beth is currently undertaking post graduate training and certification in CST and applies some of these gentle techniques as an addition to her powerful remedial massage treatments.

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) was developed by osteopathic physician John E. Upledger at Michigan State University, where he served as a clinical researcher and Professor of Biomechanics.
